Megaworld has announced that they will be selling office spaces inside their 140-hectare Maple Grove township located at General Trias, Cavite.

Their office building, One Corporate Place, is 17-storeys high and offers 93 select office units with layouts ranging from 63 square meters to 281 square meters. They foresee this office space as perfect for corporate offices small-to-medium enterprises.

“Maple Grove’s rising business district in this side of Cavite allows companies to thrive and grow their businesses in a green and sustainable community where everything is integrated and within reach.” says Rachelle Peñaflorida, vice president for sales and marketing of Megaworld. “The entire development itself, as in any other townships that we’ve already built, will be walkable from one office tower to another, or to the mall, residential towers and parks that we will build around the community.”

Megaworld’s building comes equipped with its own Building Management System (BMS) which includes a 24-hour Security and Fire Command Center, Seismic Detection and Monitoring System, standby generators for 100% back-up power, fire security system, water reservoir with separate fire reserve water tanks, and a 24-hour CCTV monitoring system. The entire building will also be fiber optic-ready.

The building also boasts its sustainable development efforts through its use of a roof deck garden, the use of energy saving-LED lights in common areas, use of dual-flush type water closets for common toilets, and its own Material Recovery Facility (MRF), that allows waste segregation and recycling.

“Owning an office space in Maple Grove would be a wise move especially that General Trias is now fast becoming a key growth area of Cavite. In five years, we expect rental prices to go up as more developments rise within the township,” Peñaflorida added.

Megaworld also opened its first residential tower, the 10-storey The Verdin at Maple Grove,  in the township.

Moreover, as early as 2017, Megaworld Corporation has expressed their interest in creating a central business hub much like Makati in Cavite. Their Maple Grove Commercial District is a 35-hectare business district within the 140-hectare township. They will be offering 363 ‘prime lots’ for companies and businesses to construct their own buildings and towers. This is expected to open in 2022.

The district will be surrounded by 7 parks, wherein the ‘Central Park’ will be considered as a district’s ‘green jewel’.

Megaworld plans to create their own lifestyle mall, more residential towers, commercial centers, and office towers in the years to come. 

The Maple Grove township is easily accessible via the Coastal Road and CAVITEX, with an estimated travel time of only 30 to 45 minutes from Makati CBD and Fort Bonifacio.
