Robinsons Homes Celebrating 25 Years of Excellence

2019/05/10

It’s been 25 years since Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) developed their first community in Antipolo, but there’s no stopping them from continuing to create more homes under its Robinsons Homes brand.

Frederick Go, the RLC president, shared, “we’ve certainly come a long way from developing the first project we had in Antipolo when we converted one of our farms into a thriving residential subdivision.”

Their first project was developed in 1994 and it was called Robinsons Homes East. Today, they now have 35 subdivisions in 14 key cities and municipalities nationwide.

Robinsons Homes’ property is located in key areas of Laoag, Tarlac, Pampanga, Baliwag, Rizal, Lipa, Cavite, Puerto Princesa, Bacolod, Cebu, Davao, Cagayan de Oro, and General Santos.

RLC Executive Vice President Faraday Go also shared, “as we enter calendar year 2019, we mark our 25th year in the industry. Looking back from our early beginnings in the 1990s, Robinsons Homes has come a long way to establish itself as a reliable brand. From our first residential development in Antipolo, the Robinsons Homes East, to building 35 enduring addresses in key regions nationwide.”

Robinsons Homes continues their mission of providing Filipino families with their dream home. And they provide plenty of variety! For instance, Robinsons Homes’ Happy Homes is targeted towards “happy nesters”, those whose children have moved away from home. In contrast, their Springdale is a more contemporary development that is designed for young families. They also have Brighton which offers more space for growing families, and Bloomfields which hosts a community of families that “would like to elevate their lifestyle.”

RLC’s efforts are definitely paying off as their project, The Magnolia Residences in Quezon City, is set to receive “The Best Residential High-Rise Development in Asia Pacific” award at the Asia Pacific Property Awards (APPA) in Bangkok this May.

“The Asia Pacific Property Award recognition is a testament to RLC’s unwavering commitment to continuously craft high-quality developments that truly add value to Filipino lives,” said Henry L. Yap, senior vice president and business unit general manager of RLC Residential Division.
