Interested in having an eco-friendly home? Well, if you happen to have glass bottles lying around your home, instead of giving them back to your tindahan, or worse, throwing them away haphazardly, why not take a trip to Ecobite?

Ecobite is a coffee shop located in Barangay Santa Fe, Dasmariñas, Cavite. Their menu consists of cheesecakes, veggie smoothies, and more! Their edge in the market, however, comes from their service of recycling damaged glass bottles of their customers.

“Our purpose is to create awareness among our customers about eco-friendly advocacies and acts by using recycled or repurposed materials in the interior of our cafe,” said Joselito Inoc, one of the founders of Ecobite.

Ecobite recycles glass bottles for free and they also host workshops for those interested in bottle cutting and painting as well.

“We’re glad that people have found great interest in our endeavor. We hope that they will share the same to their families and friends because we believe that small steps, when multiplied, can make a great impact. As a business, we will continue to adhere to our mission and purpose to do business with less cost but great cause,” said Girlie Galoz of Ecobite.
