Last February, Ambiente, dubbed as the most important consumer goods fair in the world, took place in Frankfurt, Germany. This event prides itself in uniting the best of the global market under one roof. 

Ambiente 2019 showcased 4,451 exhibitors from 92 countries, and it attracted a total of 135,582 guests from 168 countries. Forty-two Philippine exporters participated in this grand event and proudly showcased Filipino skill and artistry. 

Pauline Juan, the Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) executive director, takes pride in Filipino artistry saying, “The Philippines has always drawn visitors because we put a premium on the curation and design of our booth. We’re better at synthesizing things and presenting products.”
