Celebrity Fitness 

Celebrity Fitness is new to the Bonifacio Global City scene. The gym is more hip and aesthetic than your traditional studios. The aim of the studio is to merge fun and function with innovative, fresh workouts. If you want to try something new, this gym is the gym for you. 360 Fitness Plus 

3rd floor, Active Fun Bldg, 28th street corner 9th avenue, BGC 

This may be the gym for you if you are looking for diferent group classes. They have multiple classes such as 360 Core, 360 Kallos, 360 Kettlebell, 360 Bodyweight and 360 HIIT,  Jiu-jitsu, Body Jam, Body Combat, KB Strength, and Pole beginner and advanced.

Their packages range from P2,290 to P3,150, and no joining fee. Discount available for longer term packages. Classes not included in the package are Jiu-Jitsu classes, P3,500 for 8 sessions, Pole Dancing, P250 for 360 members and P500 for non 360 members. Personal training sessions costs from P700 toP1,100 per session


Fitness First

Fitness First has been a staple gym brand in the Philippines, but, in the BGC area they recently put up what the call their “Platinum club.” In SM Aura Premier, Fitness First Platinum has facilities that other gyms in the chain do not. Aside from the snazzy internet stations and executive service, they have a swimming pool! 

If your work keeps you travelling and on the road, perhaps even, out of the country often, then maybe subscribing to this gym is worth the buck. The Platinum gym provides you a passport to all platinum clubs worldwide. You can use any Fitness First gym overseas. 

Fitness First Platinum and Fitness First include first timer fees to opt-in plus monthly options depending on your package of 3500 to 4500. The platinum gym rates average around 1000 per month. 


Anytime Fitness 

2nd floor Forbes Park, Forbestown Road, Burgos circle 

2nd floor B6 Building, BGC Highstreet

This is the branch for you if you are looking for a gym you can go to any time! They operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. So if you are only free at night or you want to clock in an early workout, this gym is perfect for you. 

A highlight of this gym would be their facilities. Their cardio machines are treadmills, elliptical exercise cycles, plyometric, functional. They have strength equipment such as circuit/selectorized free weights. They have private showers. 

Membership for 6 months costs 2700 per month and a 12-month membership would cost 2500 per month. 


F45 Training 

3rd Floor, Bonifacio Stopover Pavilion 

F45 is not your average gym. They focus on team training and motivational group workouts. Their cardio and resistance programs and classes are in a league above the rest. The trainers at F45 believe that they can create the perfect atmosphere for working out – motivation in a group is something your normal gym membership cannot simply give you. These classes are 45 minutes of intensive workout with personal trainers to guide you. There are over thousands of exercises, 15 customized training systems, 15 different timing modules. Plus, if you think you might be bored with repetition, do not worry because the workouts adapt and can change every day. F45 experts solemnly swear that every day is a new day and now workout is repeated. 

In terms of functionality, This gym has heart rate monitors and mobile apps. They even have giant LED television sets that show workout demonstrations. They have cardio and resistance programs as well as shower facilities. 

This gym provides monthly-unlimited training and drop-in class rates. They also provide first timer consultations. 


Gold’s Gym 

5th floor, W Global Center, 9th Avenue corner 30th street

Gold’s gym is known for bulking and muscle building. If you want those lean cuts, then this is the gym for you. The Gold’s gym membership has monthly rates, but they fluctuate. Their personal trainers specialize in mass bulking and body building, plus their weight sets. 

You can get a gold’s gym discount on Metrodeal or on Booky! Watch out for those promos because they’ll save you a lot of money. 


Kerry’s Sports

6th floor, Shangri-la Hotel, Bonifacio High Street, Fort Bonifacio 

If you’re feeling posh and feel the need to spend more, Kerry’s sports is for you. This gym is the most complete and advanced gym in the Metro. It has the largest and newest set of equipment, it includes even a swimming pool and basketball court. If you have kids, they can stay in the Adventure zone, which is the kids’ play area. 

Kerry’s sports even has classes and personal trainers. You might even see celebrities working out here. The downside is the price point: annual membership costs 70,000 pesos. 


Treston Health Club 

4th floor, Treston International Colleges Building at University Parkway, near International School Manila 

Treston Health Club is one of the newest fitness gyms in BGC. While the building is in the university parkway, it is only a short walk from Market!Market!. It has it’s own parking facilities. 

While this gym may not have any group classes. It has a sauna and massage room. Monthly membership is 3800, quarterly is 7800, and they have semi-annual and annual rates as well. 

If you live in the BGC area and you are thinking of somewhere to workout, today is the day to start.  There are so many gyms around the area that you can visit with specialized training programs.
