TOKYO, JAPAN -- Last September 4, the much-awaited Japan International Property Awards 2019 (JIPA) was hosted by PropertyAccess.co at Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills by Hyatt and awarded esteemed property developers in South East Asia.

This event showcased and celebrated the best developments from residential to commercial, recognizing top regional developers and their flagship projects that passed the rigid Japanese standards of development excellence.

JIPA 2019 features nine awards that are divided into three categories, Environmental Sustainability, Community Development Projects, and Outstanding Projects. JIPA 2019 also presented two new awards: Best Office High-Rise Development and Best Architectural Design. Three Special Recognition Awards were also given, the Master Planner of the Year, Emerging Developer of the Year, and the Trailblazer of the Year.

The 2019 panel of judges was composed of esteemed experts in real estate, in particular, Hirobumi Uchiyama, the Chairman of Renovation Association In Japan; Shigeru Aoi, the CEO of A-Tom Co.ltd; Nagashima Osamu, the CEO of Sakurajimusyo; Sei Nakanishi, the CEO of Property Agent Inc.; Noriaki Shiomi the Vice President of Property Management Association In Japan; Kaname Uchida, a Professor Reitaku University and the Vice President of the Real Estate Companies Association; Kazunori Hayamizu, a real estate consultant; and Chihiro Shimizu, a Professor from Nihon University Fellow MIT In Real Estate.

The event was attended by esteemed developers such as SM Development Corporation, Vinhomes, ArthaLand, Ortigas & Company, Netland, Acmar, Federal Land, and so on. The event was hosted by Miss International 2016 Kylie Verzosa, Miss Supranational 2014 Yvethe Santiago, and Actress and Model Seika Ito.
