Located right at the heart of modern Kuala Lumpur in the Golden Triangle neighbourhood, Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur tops the list of landmarks and destinations to watch out for in Malaysia. This 65-storey mixed-used property, developed by the boutique real estate firm Venus Assets, consists of the 209-key Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur, together with 242 Four Seasons private residences, and 27 serviced apartments, and all placed atop a 250,000 sq. ft. six-floor upscale retail and dining podium (The Shoppes at Four Seasons Place).
Among the giants
Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur soars to new heights as it is slated to be the second tallest building in Malaysia once completed, next only to Petronas Twin Towers which has long been the number one tallest in the city and country. And quite literally, this 343-meter skyscraper of Four Seasons is only a stone's throw away from the twin towers, giving it a prominent position to provide residents and guests an up-close look of the sought-after structures. Meanwhile, the development ranks third in the "tallest hotels in the world" category.
Sophisticated design
Home to 1.5 million sq. ft. in space, the NRY Architects-designed building, described as futuristic and sleek, will complement the Twin Towers as well as its neighbors and add a new level of prestige to the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) skyline. The hotel, being the first Four Seasons in the city, will feature interiors reflective of the warmth and depth of KL's (and Malaysia's, in general) peoples, culture, and heritage—evident in its wood motifs, flora-inspired sculpture, artworks of local artists, Malay-style geometric-patterned air-conditioning grills.
Hotel's world-class amenities
Aside from the shopping and dining options at six-storey The Shoppes at Four Seasons Place located at the bottom of the building, Four Seasons Hotel offers a wide array of experiences for you to enjoy: their very own chocolate and gelato shop, Decadent by Four Seasons; the stylish bespoke cocktail bar, Bar Trigona; and an authentic Cantonese all-day dining restaurant, Yun House. The planned facilities also include an executive lounge, a fitness centre, a rooftop infinity pool serving unlimited views of KL's vast cityscape, and The Spa at Four Seasons, which will be KL’s newest centre for healing and wellness. The tower's central address, however, allows convenient access to prime spots in the vicinity.
