Lipa, Batangas will soon have a new residential community with the launch of the Cebu-based company, AboitizLand’s The Villages. This integrated township will host an industrial park and outlet mall as well.

Our recent launches including our new properties in Batangas, Tarlac and Nueva Ecija are a testament to our continued and robust growth as a company”
This residential community is a 49-hectare cluster which will only offer lot-only packages, townhouses, and homes. Its Sierra Village will only have loy-only packages with a floor area of 93 square meters and single attached and single detached homes with floor areas ranging from 103 sq.m. to 150 sq.m..
Besides that, its Brook Village will offer townhouses with a floor area of 53 sq.m. and single attached homes with between 65 sq.m. to 80 sq.m. in floor area.
AboitizLand has already announced having “impressive” pre-launch sales for The Villages at Lipa.
“We take pride in these milestones and we plan to take it up a notch this year starting with the next big thing in the south. With CALABARZON’s sustaining its place as an economic center and hub for investors, we are set to further develop LIMA,” Rafael de Mesa, AboitizLand first vice-president for operations, said
AboitizLand will also develop LIMA Exchange, which will include a transport terminal, supermarket, gym, and fast food restaurants. This is set to open in the first quarter of 2020. It will also house the 9.3-hectare outlet mall. Aside from retail and food outlets, it will also have pocket parks and an Olympic-sized multi-sport field.
