Quezon City is the place to be when it comes to real estate. That is, according to DMCI Homes. They anticipate a housing demand spurred by all the government infrastructure projects in the works.
Presently, DMCI Homes has three ongoing residential condominium projects at Quezon City and they plan to launch two more condominium projects in the city.
One of their Quezon City projects include Cameron Residences, a 45-storey residential tower at Mapalad Street, Roosevelt Avenue.
According to Dennis Yap, the DMCI Homes Assitant Vice President for Project Development, “[W] e have three ongoing residential condominium projects in Quezon City, all of which are almost sold-out. All in all, we have 12 projects in the city which makes it the biggest host of our projects in Metro Manila.”
Moreover, DMCI Homes boasts strong sales for their Quezon City projects. “Strong reservation sales of our ongoing projects indicate immense interest in the Quezon City property market and we are optimistic that the trend will continue in the coming years,” Yap said.
Colliers International has also expressed their opinion in that Quezon City is the place to be in the years to come. Especially given the effect the completion of the Metro Manila Subway Project is expected to give.
Moreover, projects such as the construction of the MRT-7 railway system, which will travel from San Jose, Bulacan to North Avenue in Quezon City as well as the Skyway extension, is expected to cut travel time to Makati to less than 30 minutes.
