With discussions about mental health popping up in mainstream, more and more consider how mental health has started to affect our day to day life. Apps such as Headspace offers guided sessions which often lasts no longer than 10 minutes. Since you can access these sessions remotely, you can take the time to meditate at home, or even work. A mere 10 minutes of you day can make a huge difference to your mental health. According to Psychology Today, meditation has been proven to boost your productivity and your happiness. 

To feel the results meditation, it does require commitment and incorporated to the daily routine to really feel the benefits. Just like committing to a healthy diet or a regular gym session, results will only start to show if you keep at it.*
